TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS
When You authorize Us to text message with You, Beeler Insurance never shares or sells Your personal information to third parties without Your consent, except when We are legally required to do so. When You text message with Us, messaging and data rates from Your provider may apply (check with your provider for details).
Opting Out of Text Messages:
You may “Opt Out” of ongoing text message communications with Us at any time by replying to a text message and using the word “STOP” or the word “OPT OUT”.

Our Technology Partners that We utilize to provide a tailored experience for You, such as voice over internet telecommunications, SMS Text Messaging, Artificial Intelligence services, including but not limited to, a virtual phone assistant or instant chat assistant, etc. All such Technology Partners have privacy policies in place.
For all such disclosures, We stress the confidential nature of Your information being shared. You may submit a written request to Us at the US Postal address or email address below requesting a listing of the Third parties, Licensed insurance companies or entities, and/or Technology partners We utilize, where you may then view their privacy policy.
DATA SECURITY, DATA INTEGRITY, & PROTECTING THE CONFIDENTIALITY
Beeler Insurance is committed to protecting the security and integrity of all Information collected by Us, or disclosed to Us. We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of such Information. We also restrict access to Information to our employees and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop, or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the Information We process is accurate, complete, and current, but We depend on Our users, like You, to update or correct their information whenever necessary. We hope that by taking these measures You may feel more secure knowing We value the confidentiality You have placed in Us.
YOUR RIGHT TO ASK FOR DATA DELETION
You may ask that We delete Your nonpublic personal information but You must do so in writing. Your written request must be received at either the US Postal Address for Beeler Insurance that is provided below or You may email Your written request to Our email address provided below. In either case, Your request must state clearly Your Name, Your US Postal Address, and Your date of birth and at a minimum must include the following statement: “Please delete my nonpublic personal information”. Upon satisfaction of Our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations We’ll promptly do so.
RECORDS WE RETAIN
So that We are better able to assist You with Your professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional and regulatory guidelines, We retain records relating to interactions We have with You and records relating to the services We propose to provide to You or actually provide to You. RIGHTS TO AGENCY RECORDS
Excluding records governed by HIPAA, records created by Us, or obtained by Us, during our interaction belong to Us and You have no right to obtain Our copies
RIGHTS TO CARRIER RECORDS AND HOW TO OBTAIN
Excluding records governed by HIPAA, Your request for carrier records, such as an application or coverage election forms, shall be submitted by You directly to the carrier which provided insurance coverage at the time the record was created. Your request must comply with the carrier's rules, policies, procedures, and guidelines for such record requests and Your request may be subject to carrier imposed copy charges, if any.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Beeler Insurance hereby reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. Should any changes be made, Beeler Insurance will post such changes on Our website, www.beelerinsurance.com, for You to review on a regular basis.
